7 to 8hrs from 9am to 5pm.

The normal pressure for filter is 15 to 20 PSI.

Backwash the pool when the pressure goes up to 30/35 PSI or after every three days.

Turn the pump off, put the multiple valve handle to backwash, then turn the pump back on and run it for 15secs, cut it off, turn the multiple valve handle to rinse and turn the pump back on and run it for 10secs, turn it off and put the multiple valve handle to backwash. Turn the pump back on and run it for 15secs then turn it off again and put the multiple valve handle to filter then turn the pump back on. Repeat three times before putting back to filter. Ensure the backwash hose is unfold before starting the backwash process. Don’t turn the multiple valve handle when the pool is running.
